Important Notes:

  • ALL Virtual Academy Enrollments are based on the approval of Director, Andrew Hulbert
  • In District Transfers are based on Counselor Recommendation, and requires approvals of BOTH sending and receiving Principals.

Upon completion of Pre-Enrollment, print the Checklist and schedule your enrollment appointment.
All items on the Checklist must be presented at the appointment.

Please BRING ALL of the following Required Documents to your appointment: 

Appointment Location:  Oxford Community Schools, Administration Building, 10 N. Washington, Oxford, 48371

  • Original Birth Certificate
  • Proof of Residency:
    1. If you own your own home, please bring the following:
      • Current mortgage with your name & address OR property tax statement with your name and address
      • Current utility bill with your name & address
    2. If you rent, please bring the following:
      • Current lease with your name, address and term of lease
      • Current utility bill with your name & address
    3. If you live with a District Resident, please bring the following:
      • The District Resident’s proofs of residency (see #1 or #2 above)
      • A signed & notarized affidavit by you & the District Resident (which we supply and can notarize at no charge)
      • Current utility bill with your name & address
  • Immunization Record (available at Department of Health)
  • Parent Driver’s License
  • Current Student  Transcript / Report Card
  • All Special Education Documentation (if applicable)
